   Civil Case - Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. District court's grant of 
   nominal damages on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act claim is affirmed. 
   District court properly found creditor was a debt collector and used an 
   name other than true name. District court's award of nominal, rather than 
   statutory, damages is reviewed for abuse of discretion and district court 
   did not abuse its discretion in finding noncompliance with the Act was 
   not frequent, persistent or intentional and minor in nature.
