   Criminal Case - sentence. Sentence to 60 month mandatory minimum 
   for drug conspiracy is affirmed. District court did not err in denying 
   safety-valve relief because of noted inconsistencies in defendant's 
   statements. Claim for role reduction is moot. Claims regarding jury 
   retrial, error in accepting guilty plea and sentence are without merit.
