   Civil Case - trade secrets. Denial of motion to dismiss for jurisdictional 
   defect under Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act is affirmed. District 
   court's finding were not clearly erroneous that there were sufficient 
   personal contacts in Missouri by foreign state in which trade secrets were 
   used and use was connected to commercial activity in the United States; 
   immunity exception to FSIA met and sufficient minimum contacts to 
   support personal jurisdiction established.
