U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-1896
Northern District of Iowa
Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. In prosecution for willful failure
to pay child support, the district court did not err in denying defendant's
request for a sentence reduction for acceptance of responsibility; guilty
plea was outweighed by defendant's conduct which showed he had made
no effort to meet his responsibility before or after his indictment and was
in continuing violation of the statute.
