Evidence was sufficient to support jury's finding that insurance agent was acting as insurance company's agent at the time he completed and transmitted an application for insurance, and his knowledge can be imputed to the insurer; evidence established insureds' son was acting as their agent when he obtained the insurance, and their interests in the property are reflected in the policy; case remanded with directions to reinstate the jury verdict.
