concerning other computer systems defendant had designed or installed;
district court did not err in refusing to give plaintiff's proposed
instruction on promissory estoppel as the record did not support the
instruction; district court's instructions on fraudulent and negligent
misrepresentations correctly stated the law and were tied to case; no error
in dismissing conspiracy and fraud claims against other defendants as
plaintiff failed to state a claim; district court did not abuse its
discretion in refusing to permit plaintiff to file a third amended complaint.
