Criminal Case - conviction. In challenge to sufficiency of the evidence in
conspiracy cases, while a defendant's role may be minor, the government
must offer enough evidence to prove a defendant's connection to a
conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt. Slight evidence rule is rejected.
Evidence was sufficient to prove beyond reasonable doubt that defendant
participated in the drug conspiracy.
