   Western District of Missouri
Civil case- Wireless Telephone Federal Cost Recovery Fees Litigation. Settlement agreement affirmed. District court had jurisdiction over the case based on the allegations of the amended complaint; court would not address question of whether intervention is a prerequisite to an appeal by an objector, as the objectors who were denied intervention fail to challenge any aspect of the settlement and are simply seeking an advisory opinion from the court; objectors had sufficient information regarding the settlement, and the district court's in camera review of certain documents did not violate their due process rights or make the settlement unreasonable or improper as a matter or law; proposed settlement was fair, reasonable and adequate.
