Civil case - employment discrimination. District court abused its
discretion in denying motion to enforce plaintiff's subpoenas; however,
even if the subpoenaed witnesses had testified, it was not likely that jury
would have found the employer's stated reason for firing plaintiff was a
pretext for race discrimination.
