U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-2425
   Eastern District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with Hansen and Benton, Circuit Judges] Civil case - employment discrimination. District court abused its discretion in denying motion to enforce plaintiff's subpoenas; however, even if the subpoenaed witnesses had testified, it was not likely that jury would have found the employer's stated reason for firing plaintiff was a pretext for race discrimination.
