Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. District court did not clearly err
in holding defendant's refusal to provide information about his
involvement in the transportation of drugs disqualified him from
receiving the benefit of the safety valve, as the information the
government sought concerned offenses which occurred during the same
time period and which were part of the same course of conduct or
common scheme or plan.
