Criminal Case - criminal law. District court did not abuse its discretion
in admitting evidence of prior dealing in crack cocaine and from the
search of defendant's residence. Convictions and search were similar
enough to the charged offense to support an inference of intent to
distribute. The court's limiting instructions decreased the danger of unfair
prejudice. Prior convictions which supported mandatory life sentence did
