   Criminal case - Sentencing Guidelines. In post-Booker world, the 
   appropriate standard for reviewing a district court's interpretation and 
   application of the guidelines is de novo review; district court erred in 
   refusing to grant defendant a two-level reduction under Sec. 2D1.1(b)(6); 
   as this error was not harmless, the case must be remanded for 
   resentencing.
