   of Delaware, this court had jurisdiction because the notice of appeal was 
   filed before the United States District Court for the District of Delaware 
   docketed the case; Western District of Missouri had jurisdiction over the 
   case because it related to the pending bankruptcy case in Delaware, and 
   the court did not abuse its discretion in transferring the case, as transfer 
   served the important interest of judicial economy.
