Petitioner failed to present evidence of past discrimination based on her Jehovah's Witness faith; since petitioner presented no evidence that she would fall into the subset of Jehovah's Witnesses who were currently suffering discrimination in Eritrea, she failed to show a well-founded fear of future persecution if she returned to Eritrea.
