U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-2969
   District of Minnesota
Criminal Case - sentence. District court did not err in restricting physician assistant convicted of health care fraud from working in medical field as condition of supervised release during supervision because restriction is clearly related to the crimes for which defendant was convicted. The failure of the district court to make detailed findings does not invalidate the restriction. [PUBLISHED] [Wollman, Author, with John R. Gibson and Colloton, Circuit Judges]
