   Criminal Case - restitution. District court's denial of request to offset the 
   value of the forfeited cash and forfeited automobile against the restitution 
   order is reversed. Law enforcement is barred from double recovery of 
   amount in excess of amount expended on controlled buys from amount 
   recovered in forfeiture. Case is remanded to district court for defendant 
   to establish whether law enforcement agency received forfeited funds in 
   excess of restitution award. Judge Loken concurs.
