U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-3437
District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Bowman and Benton, Circuit
Judges]
Civil case - employment discrimination. District court did not err in
granting defendant's motion for summary judgment on plaintiff's claim
that she was terminated in retaliation for reporting improper conduct as
plaintiff failed to establish a causal connection between the report and her
discharge; even if plaintiff could make a prima facie case, she failed to
show that the stated legitimate, nondiscriminatory grounds for her
discharge were pretextual.
