U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-3527
Eastern District of Arkansas
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and Hansen,
Circuit Judge]
Civil case - Social Security. ALJ's conclusion that claimant's physical
and mental impairments, taken together, did not meet Listing 12.05(C)
for mental retardation was supported by substantial evidence; even if the
vocational expert erred in concluding claimant could work as a cashier,
his conclusion that she could perform a significant number of jobs in the
areas of unskilled, sedentary assembly work was supported by substantial
evidence and the error concerning cashier jobs does not warrant reversal.
