Criminal Case - sentence. Conviction and sentence for being a felon-in- possession of a firearm is affirmed, as prior Missouri conviction for second-degree burglary of a commercial building is a crime of violence under guidelines section 2K2.1(a)(4)(A) and the "otherwise involves" provision of 18 U.S.C. sec. 924(e)(2)(B)(ii). No plain error in sentencing under Booker.
