   Civil case - Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act
   (WARN Act). WARN Act's sale-of-business exclusion, 29 U.S.C. Sec.
   2101(b)(1), protected defendant from liability in the circumstances of the
   case, and the district court erred in finding defendant had violated the Act
   by terminating its employees' employment without guaranteeing the
   purchasing company would hire them after the sale was completed.
