U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 04-3791
and No: 05-1257
District of Minnesota
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Lay and Benton, Circuit Judges]
Criminal Cases - conviction. Sufficient evidence supported conviction
of Urquidez-Tellez of conspiracy, as he was present during one of the
methamphetamine transactions, he knew the location of the drugs, and he
gave false information. Sufficient evidence also supported gun charge.
District court did not clearly err in denying sentence reduction for
Salvador, who was the translator, on the basis that he was a minor
participant.
