   summary judgment to police officers, prosecutor and municipalities on
   plaintiffs' claims that the defendants violated Reasonover's and her
   daughter's civil rights during Reasonover's prosecution, conviction 
   and incarceration on murder charges; nor did the court err in granting
   defendants summary judgment on plaintiffs' state law claims for
   negligence, false arrest, malicious prosecution and abuse of process.
