   Prisoner case - prisoner civil rights. District court did not err in
   granting prison officials' motion for summary judgment as plaintiffs
   failed to exhaust their administrative remedies before filing this Section
   1983 action, and there was no evidence the officials had thwarted or
   obstructed the grievance process; district court did not err in declining to
   exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the plaintiffs' state law claims.
