Bankruptcy Appellate Panel - dischargeability under section 523(a)(6).
State court judgment for alienation of affections did not establish willful
and malicious injury for purposes of dischargeability of judgment under
11 U.S..C. sec. 523(a)(6). Abolishment of tort did not affect validity of
judgment. Elements of collateral estoppel do not apply because elements
of alienation of affection did not establish malicious injury. Grant of
