U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-1026
Northern District of Iowa
[PUBLISHED] [Melloy, Author, with Heaney and Gruender, Circuit
Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to support
methamphetamine and firearm convictions; because the district court
imposed an alternative sentence that was the same as one within the
mandatory guidelines range, any Booker error that occurred did not affect
the ultimate sentence in the case and was harmless beyond a reasonable
doubt.
