Civil case - bankruptcy. Under Missouri law, Money Mart had the right
to present checks debtor had written to it, as Missouri Revised Statute
Sec. 400.3-305(a)(1)(iv) provides a defense to enforcement of a
negotiable instrument only after the obligor has received a discharge, and
debtor had not received a discharge at the time Money Mart presented the
checks.
