qualified immunity to jailers on claim of deliberate indifference is
affirmed. Actions by jailers in relying on medical doctor who opined
inmate was not suicidal is not deliberate indifference. Decision not to
assign classification of potentially suicidal is protected by official
immunity; county is protected from state law liability for discretionary
acts of its employees.

summary judgment on claim they failed to prevent plaintiff's decedent
from committing suicide because their actions were reasonable in light of
the risks as the jail officials knew them at the time; defendants were
protected from state law liability as they were engaged in discretionary
acts.
