U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-1558
Western District of Arkansas
[PUBLISHED] [Gruender, Author, with Loken, Chief Judge, and
Benton, Circuit Judge]
Civil case - employment discrimination. Plaintiff failed to provide any
direct evidence that age discrimination motivated defendant's decision
not to hire him; assuming plaintiff has made a prima facie case of age
discrimination, he failed to show the legitimate, nondiscriminatory
reasons offered for defendant's hiring decision were pretexts for age
discrimination.
