U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-1872
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri - St. Louis
[PUBLISHED][Per Curiam - Before Loken, Chief Judge, and Bowman
and Smith, Circuit Judges]
Prisoner case - prisoner civil rights. Because plaintiff Junaid was the
only party to file a certiorari petition, and because the motion was pro se,
he is only party to benefit from the Supreme Courts' order granting
certiorari and remanding the case for reconsideration in light of Jones v.
Bock, 127 S.Ct. 1909 (2007); because the district court has not decided
which of Junaid's claims have been properly exhausted and which of his
properly exhausted claims, if any, are meritorious, the dismissal of his
claims is reversed, and the case is remanded for further proceedings in
light of Jones.
