U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-1957
   Western District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Riley, Author, with Arnold and Beam, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - employment discrimination. Plaintiff failed to show she was suffering from a long-term or permanent disability, and she failed to create a genuine issue of material fact as to whether she was disabled within the meaning of the ADA; plaintiff failed to show the defendant knew or acted with reckless disregard as to whether its conduct violated the Family Medical Leave Act, and the district court did not err in determining that plaintiff's FMLA claim was barred by the applicable two-year statute of limitations.
