U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-1974
Eastern District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Wollman and Riley, Circuit Judges]
Civil case - Securities Fraud. In action alleging securities fraud by
Charter Communication, the district court did not err in dismissing claims
against Charter's vendors as the claims were nothing more than claims,
barred by Central Bank of Denver v. First Interstate Bank of Denver, 511
U.S. 164 (1994), that the vendors knowingly aided and abetted the
Charter in deceiving the investor plaintiffs.
