   Criminal case - Sentencing. The record shows that defendant's 
   Missouri conviction for tampering with a motor vehicle is based on 
   tampering by operation and qualifies as a violent felony for purposes of 
   sentencing under the Armed Career Criminal Act; under the law of this 
   circuit, failure to return to confinement qualifies as a violent felony for 
   purposes of sentencing under the Armed Career Criminal Act.
