Civil case - employment discrimination. Plaintiff's evidence failed to support an award of punitive damages, and the district court did not err in setting aside the jury's award of punitive damages; doctrine of res judicata did not bar this suit, as the conduct complained of in an earlier lawsuit was sufficiently dissimilar to the claims in this suit; evidence was sufficient to submit the issue of racial discrimination to the jury and for the jury to have found in favor of plaintiff.
