District court did not err in determining under Guidelines Sec. 2B1.1 that defendant's fraud scheme involved an actual or intended loss in excess of $200,000; no error in imposing an enhancement under Sec. 3B1.1 for leadership role in the offense; no error in imposing enhancements for obstruction of justice (Sec. 3C1.1) or for unauthorized use of identification (Sec. 2B.1.1(b)(10)(C)(i)); sentence was not unreasonable.
