Criminal case - Criminal law and sentencing. Evidence was sufficient to support defendant's convictions of drug and firearms charges; on the government's cross-appeal, the district court erred in requiring beyond-a- reasonable-doubt standard of proof with respect to drug quantity determinations, and the case is remanded for a determination of drug quantity under a preponderance of the evidence standard.
