U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-2638
Eastern District of Arkansas
[PUBLISHED] [Loken, Author, with Hansen and Melloy, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. Admission of statements by
coconspirators was not error; documentary evidence supporting drug
courier's claims that he made numerous trips to deliver drugs was
properly admitted; single reference to activity outside of the period of
time covered by the conspiracy charge did not require a mistrial, as the
court struck the reference and offered the defense a curative instruction.
