   Nebraska's mental health facilities, from sexual and physical 
   assaults by male patients and staff and that they failed to adequately 
   treat plaintiffs' illnesses and disabilities, the district court erred 
   in certifying a single class consisting of all women are were, are or 
   in the future would be, patients in the facilities; class certification 
   order vacated.
