Criminal case - Sentencing. District court adequately evaluated the
factors set out in 18 U.S.C. Sec. 3553(a), and the sentence it imposed was
not unreasonable; district court properly considered the sentence imposed
in defendant's sister's case in setting his sentence, and he had adequate
notice that the court would do so.
