U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-3094
District of Nebraska
[PUBLISHED] [Smith, Author, with Hansen, Circuit Judge, and
Bogue, District Judge]
Criminal case - Sentencing. District court did not err in imposing a
special condition in defendant's supervised release limiting his contact
with children absent advance approval of his probation officer; the
condition is a reasonable means of assuring that defendant, a person
convicted of the forcible rape of a female juvenile, has only appropriate
contact with minors; the condition is not an improper delegation of
authority to the probation officer.
