Criminal case - Sentencing. District court imposed a unreasonable
sentence when it sentenced defendant to probation and community
service but did not impose a prison sentence; when it imposed the
sentence, the district court failed to accord sufficient weight to the
Guidelines range, the seriousness of the offense, the need for deterrence
and the need to avoid unwarranted sentencing disparities.
