Civil Case - attorney sanction. District court did not abuse its discretion
in imposing sanction under Rule 11. Court did not fail to give adequate
notice of specific conduct, court made finding of subjective bad faith and
that determination in neither clearly erroneous nor an abuse of discretion,
and court did not abuse its discretion in determining lawyer violated
objective unreasonableness standard. Sanction of $1,000 is reasonable.
Order to reimburse attorneys fees was not an abuse of discretion.
