U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-3264
Eastern District of Missouri
[PUBLISHED] [Arnold, Author, John R. Gibson and Smith, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - criminal law. FBI agents did not violate defendant's
Fourth Amendment rights when they seized unopened mail defendant had
abandoned at a commercial mail service; district court did not abuse its
discretion in adjourning trial for several weeks when a juror was injured;
admission of business record detailing customer calls to bank was not
error; evidence was sufficient to support conviction for money
laundering, bank fraud and mail fraud.
