Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. No error in admitting
evidence concerning possession of firearms in this prosecution for
running an illegal gambling operation as the guns were probative of
defendant's role in the operation which included the duty of protecting
the proceeds; no error in admitting expert testimony on the structure of
illegal gambling operations; convictions for both conspiracy and the
substantive violation did not violate double jeopardy; sentence was
reasonable.
