Search of defendant's business computer and discs was covered by the search warrant issued in the case, and defendant consented to search; warrantless search of defendant's home computer was not valid, as defendant expressly denied consent to conduct the search, and defendant's wife could not overrule defendant's decision and consent to the search; defendant waived his right to appeal application of the Guidelines to enhance his sentence.
