Civil case - Administrative Law. District court did not abuse its
discretion in enforcing the EEOC's subpoena for work history
information for six employees charging national origin discrimination;
however, the district court erred in quashing the EEOC's subpoena for
DOL and INS documents for all employees, as this information was
relevant to the EEOC's inquiry into whether the employer was
discriminating against its 100 technical employees, all of whom are
Filipino.
