   Criminal case - criminal law and sentencing. Evidence was sufficient to
   support convictions for theft of funds from a tribal organization,
   conspiracy and making false statements; district court did not err in
   imposing enhancements for abuse of trust, nor did the court err in
   calculating defendant Fitzpatrick's offense level.
