   Amway's arbitration agreement did not bind motivational tools businesses
   which are owned by distributors who operates Amway products business
   but have not signed Amway's arbitration agreement. Tools businesses are
   not entitled to any rights or benefits under Amway rules, are not agents 
   of the products businesses, and cannot be compelled under the community
   of interest doctrine.
