common authority over a property shared with the defendant could give a
valid consent for a search of the property; even if the third party here did
not have actual authority, she had apparent authority, and the officers
acted reasonably in relying on her consent; under the law of this circuit,
the burglary of a commercial building is a crime of violence for purposes
of Guidelines Sec. 4B1.2.
