U.S. Court of Appeals Case No: 05-3809
District of Nebraska
[PUBLISHED] [Murphy, Author, with Melloy and Gruender, Circuit Judges]
Criminal case - Criminal law. Evidence was sufficient to sustain
conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm; no error in
admitting evidence concerning seizure of drugs during the traffic stop of
man who had just left defendant's residence; district court abused its
discretion in admitting the face sheet of the search warrant, but the error
was harmless in light of the overwhelming evidence of defendant's guilt.
Judge Gruender, concurring.
