   Criminal case - Sentencing. District court failed to adequately explain
   its decision to impose a 68 month sentence, which amounted to a 50%
   downward departure below the bottom of the advisory Guidelines range
   and a 43% reduction below the statutory mandatory minimum, and the
   matter must be remanded for further proceedings.
